FALCON OUTBOARDS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR THE UNITED STATES
Returns Eligibility
At Falcon Outboards, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- You must include a copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
- Returns that show signs of damage, use, or modification will not be accepted.
Please note that custom orders, clearance, and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Request Authorization:Contact us via email at info@falconoutboards.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.
- We recommend using a trackable carrier and keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please return your original order and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund once verified.
